Verification and access

  • We use account and seller verification measures to help support legitimate participation on the platform.
  • General users only required to use phone number for account registration.
  • Personal sellers required Malaysia Identity Card Number for verification as Malaysia Citizen Aged 18 and above.
  • Company sellers are required to provide valid SSM Certification as Company Registered Under Malaysia.

Platform safeguards

We work to protect platform data, account access, and service reliability through reasonable technical and operational safeguards.

No online service can guarantee complete security, but we continuously improve our systems and processes as Weplace grows.

If you notice suspicious activity, impersonation, fraud, scam behaviour, or misuse on the platform, please contact us immediately.
