Simple terms for using Weplace.

By accessing or using Weplace, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in line with local laws, community trust, and fair participation.

Using the platform

Users must provide accurate information when registering and using Weplace.
General users are not required to complete IC verification for normal account registration.
Personal sellers must provide the required Malaysian IC verification details, while company sellers must provide valid business and SSM information where required.

Users are responsible for the content, listings, messages, requests, and activity they post on the platform.

Transactions, communication, and arrangements between users remain their own responsibility.

Weplace may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access where misuse, fraud, harmful behaviour, or policy violations are found.

Features, pricing, seller models, and platform rules may change as the service evolves.

Continued use of Weplace means you accept the latest version of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
